Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, provided they haven’t been processed or shipped.
- To cancel, email support@zin8.in with your order ID.
- Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for a return or replacement as per our policy.
Returns & Replacements
We accept returns or replacements only if:
- You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
- The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return:
- Email us at support@zin8.in within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include order details and product photos.
- Once approved, we’ll arrange pickup or guide you through the return process.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during checkout.
- In case of COD, we’ll issue refunds via bank transfer.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for opened or consumed cans.
